For centuries, five great noble
houses have slaughtered each other in bloody wars of hatred and spite. Each family raises their children to
uphold the ideals of their ancestors so that they might continue to thrive in
the midst of constant bloodshed.
From the brave knights of the Virtus to the powerful mages of the
Eruditio each family has grown strong through constant competition and
conflict. But now their leaders
seek to end that cycle of violence with a grand, unstable experiment of peace.
Within the cradle of
civilization, the city of Aterdivitia, five young nobles struggle to contain
the hatred brewing between the rival houses in their newly founded
academy. As their families strain
against the peace that is forced on them, new threats arise unlike anything
these mighty civilizations have ever faced. As madness and terror pour into the streets of the city,
these young warriors are the only ones willing to put aside their family's
hatred and cooperate. But the
solution to their problems lies in an ancient mystery that has driven great men
to madness. Amid bloodshed and
